You can track and generate reports on:

  • Registrants and their guests
  • The total number of seats and/or tables sold
  • The number of seats and/or tables available
  • Table/seating assignments & alphabetic lists
  • Who has paid
  • Who will and will not attend
  • Payment types and registration dates
  • Sponsorship/Registration categories

The MissionAssist Events Management Module also allows you to automatically generate acknowledgement and/or reminder letters. In addition, you have the option of automatically adding, directly into the main database system, anyone new to your organization who has registered for an event. This is a wonderful way to identify prospects and future donors/members.
