Segmented by Giving and Demographics

Nonprofit organizations need to be able to communicate with select groups of individuals and organizations. If you wanted to send a letter to all donors in the Washington, DC area who gave $50 or more in the current year for the Annual Support '98 Campaign, MissionAssist allows you to accurately and quickly collect this kind of information using an ad hoc query process that allows you to segment donors down to any level of detail.

After you have selected the appropriate group, you can quickly generate mailing labels, merge files, and a detailed hardcopy listing of the results. MissionAssist uses standard Avery label formats and automatically suppresses duplicates as well as individuals who have requested that they receive no mail at all.
